At Melbourne Escooter Mechanic, we accept mobile call out bookings and in-store bookings!

We generally stock tyres, tubes, and brake components for most popular electric scooter brands. We do not often stock parts such as motors, batteries, and accessories. For a custom parts order, please complete the parts order form prior to making a booking.

Instore bookings can be booked automatically by the customer via our website, and are often available same-day during business hours, Monday-Saturday. Walk-in’s welcome during the week, however as Saturday is our busiest day, we strongly encourage bookings for Saturdays.

For mobile call outs, customers must make a booking enquiry, and reception will contact you to arrange a mobile call out. Mobile call outs are usually available within a week of booking and only available during business hours, Tuesday-Thursday. Booking times for mobile call outs are only approximate as traffic conditions and scooter repair times vary widely. We recommend for mobile call outs, to have someone available for at least 3hours from time of booking. If you require more precise timing, we recommend bringing your scooter to our Heidelberg workshop.

WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ENQUIRIES THAT HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE MAKE AND MODEL OF SCOOTER AND ADDRESS YOU WOULD LIKE US TO ATTEND.

We strongly recommend for complex jobs to be done instore. Mobile call-outs are designed for simple jobs that can be done on the spot such as a tyre change, brake service, or general service. For repairs or replacements we encourage instore bookings as this can often not be completed on the road.
